V přízemí budovy stále najdete skvělou pizzerii PIZZA CHLEBA DOV. Ta loňská už sice svůj provoz vzdala, ale prostoru se ujal jiný nájemce a dělají ještě lepší dobroty. Navíc přísahali, že mají mnohem lepší vzduchotechniku, takže je šance, že vůně pizzy nás nebude provokovat i na parketě jako v minulých létech.
